April 1-3, 2016

Thursday, March 31, 2016 2:00 PM- Sponsors and Vendors will be allowed to enter facility 2:30 PM- Registration opens for Driver/Rider Check-In and Tech Opens (must check-in first) 3:00 PM- All participants will be allowed to enter the facility. 6:30 PM- Driver/Rider Mandatory meeting. Drive through will be done first, meet Ryan(Race Director) at the start line for drive through and then meeting will follow next to the Registration Tent. (Mandatory for those participants who wish to run first thing Friday Morning) 7:00 PM- Registration and Tech Close for the day Friday, April 1, 2016 7:30 AM- Driver/ Rider Check in and Tech Open 7:45 AM- Spectator Gate Opens: Tickets are $25 per person /Children 12 and under are admitted free/ All Tickets are 3 day Passes/ Beeville Residents can purchase tickets for $20 with ID 8:15 AM- 7:00 PM (Dusk)- Track Open, Competition Runs Begin 8:30 AM- Driver/Rider Mandatory Meeting Inside tent next to Registration 12:00 PM-1:00 PM: Lunch (Tech Closed) 12:30 PM- Driver/Rider Mandatory Meeting (Come prepared for course drive through) 1:00 PM- Tech Re-Opens 6:00 PM- Driver/Rider Mandatory Meeting (Come prepared for course drive through) 7:00 PM- Registration and Tech Close for the day Saturday, April 2, 2016 7:30 AM- Driver/ Rider Check In and Tech 7:45 AM- Spectator Gate Opens: Tickets are $25 per person /Children 12 and under are admitted free/ Beeville Residents can purchase tickets for $20 with ID 8:15 AM- 7:00 PM (Dusk)- Track Opens, Competition Runs Begin 8:30 AM- Driver/Rider Mandatory Meeting Inside tent next to Registration 12:00PM-1:00 PM- Lunch (Tech Closed) Raffle Prize announcement (everyone who is registered is automatically entered), someone gets a FREE Entry for October 2016! Sponsored by The Fast Lane! 1:00 PM- Tech Opens 12:30 PM- Driver/Rider Mandatory Meeting (Come prepared for course drive through) 6:00 PM- Registration and Tech Close for the day Sunday, April 3, 2016 7:30 AM- Driver/Rider Check-in, Tech Time to be announced: Worship Service conducted by Christian Motorcycle Association 7:45 AM- Spectator Gate Opens: Tickets are $25 per person /Children 12 and under are admitted free/ Beeville Residents can purchase tickets for $20 with ID 8:15 AM- 4:00 PM- Track Opens, Competition Runs 8:15 AM- New Driver/Rider Meeting Inside tent next to Registration 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM- Lunch (Tech Closed) 1:00PM- Tech Re-Opens 4:00 PM- Hope you had a wonderful time! From Texas Mile:  DON'T FORGET TO STOP BY THE REGISTRATION TENT TO PICK UP YOUR CERTIFICATE AND HARD LICENSE!   ______________________________________________________________________ PARTICIPANTS DON'T FORGET TO PICK UP YOUR SPEED CERTIFICATE AND HARD CARD LICENSE AT REGISTRATION BEFORE YOU LEAVE! **Participants are not allowed to leave their vehicle/bike on the grid once we shut down for the day. Grid will be closed until we open it the following day. ** We will have hazardous waste disposal barrels at the event. Please make sure to dispose of all used oil (and other hazardous waste) in the appropriate barrel. We need to keep Chase Field Clean! ** Each participant must attend ONE drivers meeting before going out on course.
